Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-05-13
1. Acceptance
By using ToolsOps you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
ToolsOpsis a public website offering informational digital tools (calculators, validators, converters). Use is free, anonymous and without registration. Tools run entirely in the visitor's browser unless a specific tool states otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
Users commit to reasonable use compliant with applicable law. In particular:
- Do not paste secrets into the tools: do not enter tokens, private keys, passwords, API keys, production credentials, real third-party personal data, medical data, financial data or any information you do not want to process outside your trusted environment. Although tools run client-side, other channels (browser extensions, screenshots, shared terminals) could expose such content.
- Do not use the tools to facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems, infringe intellectual property rights or commit unlawful acts.
- Do not reverse engineer, obfuscate or exploit vulnerabilities of the site to obtain unauthorized access.
- Do not automate requests in ways that degrade the service for other visitors (abusive scraping, automated scanning, denial of service).
4. Informational nature of results
Tool outputs are indicative. ToolsOps does not guarantee absolute accuracy of results nor their suitability for any particular purpose. Before applying any command, configuration, code snippet or other output in production, you must verify it manually and validate it in a controlled environment. ToolsOps will not be liable for damages arising from production use without such validation.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of continuity or error-free operation. The controller reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue tools, as well as these terms, at any time, with or without prior notice. Substantial changes will be reflected in the last-updated date shown in the header.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the controller of ToolsOpswill not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for loss of profit arising from use or inability to use the tools. The above does not exclude liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence nor any mandatory liability the law does not allow to be limited.
7. Intellectual and industrial property
The code, copy, design and the ToolsOps brand are owned by the controller or their respective authors. Use of the site does not transfer intellectual property rights to the user. For intellectual property enquiries write to legal@toolsops.dev.
8. Third-party links
The site may contain links to documentation, standards or other third-party resources. ToolsOps is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of the consumer's domicile when residing in Spain, or to those of the controller's domicile otherwise, unless mandatory law provides differently.
