ToolsOps

Contact

To report bugs, suggest new tools or send legal enquiries, write to us by email. We do not use forms or chatbots: every message lands in a real inbox.

Addresses by type of enquiry

  • General contact

    contact@toolsops.dev

Suggestions, feedback, possible bugs in a tool, non-urgent questions, ideas for new utilities. If you are not sure which address to use, this is the right one.

  • Privacy and data

    privacy@toolsops.dev

Exercising GDPR rights (access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability, restriction), questions about cookies and queries about the privacy policy.

  • Legal and abuse

    legal@toolsops.dev

Questions about the terms of use, DMCA notices, reports of brand abuse or impersonation, and formal information requests from competent authorities.

What to include in your message

  • A descriptive subject ("Bug in CIDR calculator /31" beats "Help").
  • The specific page or tool, with the URL if possible.
  • Steps to reproduce, if you are reporting a defect.
  • Operating system and browser if it affects rendering.
  • If you are reporting a privacy or security issue, do not include real sensitive data: use synthetic examples.

Response times

We reply within reasonable time on business days. We do not offer a contractual SLA or 24/7 support. Personal data rights requests take priority because the regulation sets statutory deadlines. If you have not heard back after a business week, write again: your email may have ended up in a spam folder.

Frequently asked questions

Why no contact form?
Maintaining a form implies a backend that receives and stores what you write, with its validation layer, anti-spam, database and associated legal obligations. ToolsOps has no server for that purpose. Your email client serves the same function without us having to custody your data.
How do I report a security issue?
Write to the legal address with "security report" or "vulnerability" in the subject and describe the issue without pasting working exploits in plain text. We will confirm receipt and, if the report is genuine and fixable, keep you posted on the status. We do not run a paid bug bounty program, but we will credit the reporter if they wish.
How do I exercise my privacy rights?
Write to the privacy address stating which right you wish to exercise (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction). Because there are no user accounts and no personal data tied to your browsing, most requests will resolve with us confirming there are no data to return. If we hold any data related to a prior email exchange, we will handle it within the statutory deadline.
Do you accept tool suggestions?
Yes, they are welcome. We prioritize them based on real demand (search volume, recurring use cases) and on whether they fit the client-only rule. If your suggestion requires a backend (for example, conversions against an external database), we probably will not build it, but we may suggest an alternative.
